Wellness Coaching
First and foremost, we want to make sure you are matched up with the right coach for you. You will be spending a lot of one-on-one time, so trusting your coach with your goals, and sharing your life vision is very important.
You will have at least two sessions per month for a minimum of three months. Your coach will help you set goals for optimal wellness such as losing (or gaining) weight, quitting smoking or other destructive habits. Your coach will help you discover what limits you from self-improvement, give you techniques and guidance to help you overcome those limits, and guide down the road towards reaching your goals.
